Ingredients: peeled peaches, low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, mango juice, and grated fresh ginger.

Ingredients: peeled and thinly sliced ripe pear, baby spinach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced shallot, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped walnut.

Method: Mix well the spinach and pear slices. On the other hand, pour mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt, shallots and pepper in a bowl. Add this dressing to the pear spinach mixture as a salad dressing. You can also coat the dressing evenly. Lastly, just sprinkle some walnuts and parmesan cheese.
